SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Dynasty Motoworks. This Shipping Policy 
outlines our shipping practices, processing times, and delivery 
information for orders placed at dynastymotoworks.com.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 
50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Local pickup is available at our Orlando, Florida location for 
customers in the area.


PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, 
excluding holidays) from our facility in Orlando, Florida. Orders 
placed on Sundays or holidays will begin processing the next 
business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking 
information once your order has shipped.

Custom orders, special-order parts, or items requiring fitment 
verification may take additional time to process. We will contact 
you if any delays are expected.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
- Next-Day Shipping (1 business day): Available on select items, 
  calculated at checkout

All shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, 
and destination, and are displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping carriers we use: USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on package 
size, weight, and destination.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery 
times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors 
outside our control.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your 
tracking number. You can track your order at any time through the 
carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information 
within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at 
support@dynastymotoworks.com


SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses 
at checkout. Dynasty Motoworks is not responsible for orders shipped 
to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is 
returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is 
responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours 
of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work 
with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, 
please first check with neighbors and your local post office or 
delivery carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us 
within 7 days of the delivery date and we will assist with filing 
a claim with the carrier.


LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available at our Orlando location for customers in 
the area. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout to skip shipping charges. 
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Some products cannot be shipped to certain locations due to size, 
weight, hazardous materials regulations (such as fluids or batteries), 
or carrier restrictions. If a product cannot be shipped to your 
location, you will be notified and offered a refund.

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for 
oversized items.
